The Nature Playground was open for play at the commencement of Term 2 and has become a busy focal point on the oval.
The removal of the fence has really opened up the play space and created an easy transition from the senior playground and courts to the nature play and oval. This project cost $52 000, which consisted of a $20 000 grant to the P&C through the State Government Local Projects Local Jobs Program and the remainder from school funds.
On Monday, 7 May, we had the pleasure of meeting with Mr Dave Kelly, Member for Bassendean and showing him our new Nature Playground.
